Pattern Wizard Features

• Generates graded patterns for costing from measurements.
• Provides ability to define instructions for pattern drafting.
• Provides ability to define instructions for pattern modification.
• Automatically generates patterns for a set of basic garment types.
• Includes 13 basic styles and measurement charts based on industry standards.
• Ability to create measurement charts using PDS or third party software (e.g., Microsoft^® Excel™ spreadsheet).

Additional Features

In addition to Pattern Wizard, AccuMark version 8.2 also introduces a number of PDS functions to improve patternmaking productivity. Additional new features include:

• Display cut sequencing by numbers of lines for easier visual verification.
• Define cut sequence using part categories to minimize dry haul time to improve throughout on automatic cutter.
• Ability to edit piece description and category in the Model Editor to eliminate the need to open PDS to make naming changes.
• Piece thumbnails added to Model Editor to allow part verification while defining model without opening PDS.
• SQL Server 2005 and SQL Server 2005 Express compatibility
• Subdirectories added in AccuMark Explorer for SQL storage areas to allow greater flexibility in grouping and accessing model information.
• Ability to Drag and Drop between plot queues for easily rearranging plots.
• DXF file export from Piece, Marker and PDS plots eliminates need for third party software and reduces cost of ownership.
