| GA748 rapier loom
GA748rapier weaving machine is the newest type of the GA74 serise. SGT221 dobby and weft selector device were added based on the GA743 rapier weaving machine. GA748 type has a variery of advantages Which are possessed by GA74 series and is improved futher based on it, so that the suitability of the machine become wider. According to the demand of market, improving the weaving ability to heavy fibric and suiting for all kinds of light, medium weight fabric were emphasized. Advanced computer-aided design (CAD) was adopted, many elements were made from light and sturdy, carbon fibre reinforced composite and aluminium alloy. The structure is simple and reliable. In addition, the frame letoff and mechanism can be interchanged well with those of shuttle loom.GA748 type is characterized by easy maintenance, and procides with high performance/cost ratio. The floor space occupied ty GA748type can be compared to a multiple box loom with the same sleying width its speed has increased by 30-40%over the shuttle loom, noise decreased by 10-15db(A)under the same kind of shuttle loom. This machine is mainly suitable for producing the plain, twill, satin and tiny design fabrics from cotton fibre, bast fibre, chemical, fibre and silk spinning yarn. |
