PLC which is accepted for the machine control the main motor to change speed by changing frequency. The auto levelling system with open controlling is used for auto levelling short segment. The sliver quality is checked automatically by check on line system. The machine will stop automatically when the slivers are over the preset. The function of remember stoppage can be used for getting rid of faults. It was appraised for science research by China Textile Industry Bureau.
