Detailed Trade Lead Description
The flax/hemp fiber is a natural cellulose fiber. Its irregularly polygonous cross section and hollow structure makes the fiber characteristic of fast moisture absorption and release, excellent breathability, pleasant lustre, large initial modulus and powerful bacteria proofness. High-count flexible flax/hemp fiber can be used to produce high-count pure flax threads and top-grade quality high-count yarns by blending with wool, silk and cashmere. The high-count flexible soft cloth can be used to produce quality high-count union yarns by blending with cotton, polyester and viscose. (1) Distinguished spinnability. Applicable to high-count high-ratio blending spinning and high count pure spinning. The textile strand performances are better than traditional flax products. (2) Excellent dyeability, high dye-uptake and distinguished color fastness. Applicable to fiber one bath dyeing with wool and silk, etc. (3) Blended spun products feature combined advantages of flax/hemp and other fibers and hence are better than traditional products in style and service performances. Flexible flax and hemp fiber is applicable to dry spinning, and therefore the counts of finished yarns and quality are considerably improved. The technology fills a domestic blank and is internationally leading.
