Main Characteristics

1. Taking-up driven directly by warp beam
2. With FX2n-48MT computer control(made by Mitsubishi, Japan)and frequency controlled of motor speed, it ensures that line speed should be constant.
3. With digital touch screen and fault diagnosis display, convenient operation, wide visual and large information.
4. Taking-up count of dyeing beam set-up according to the requirement of process and controlled by snail motor.
5. With reciprocating yarn-shifting device, it is easy to find the broken ends and increases warp beaming speed.
6. Equipped with yarn storage creel, it is easy to find the broken ends and reduce the secondary beam.
7. A complete of pneumatic-driven system to control beam up and to be connected with all kinds of warp beam.
8. Automobile braking system used for the warp beam braking.
9. Warping speed and length measured by precision sensor made by KOYO Japan.
10. Imported main controller, frequency converter, operating switches and pneumatic element.
11. Adjustable reed can be moved right and left direction. The transmission ratio of warp beam speed can be setup according to the requirements of process.
12. Adjustable reed can be moved upward and downward, which prevents reed from wearing. Reed dent count can be readjusted with intermittent blowing cleaning device.
