PRODUCT NAME： Type G1731/G1731A Rapier Loom
USE AND CHARACTERISTIC:
G1731 type is an intelligent rapier loom researched and produced on the base of advanced techniques of internal and external similar textile machines. The loom has high speed. Weft insertion rate can reach 850m/min. Lowe built-positive dobby, mechanically controlled improve fabric quality. Box shape, forced circular lubricating installation maximize the machine life.
G1731A is controlled by the system of the most advanced PLC. The precise and powerful beating-up is achieved by high precision whole matched cam. Reed marks is eliminated thanks to the synchronous electronic let-off and take-up controlled by AC servo-motor. Approximately perfect tension system makes the warp yarn constant. The loom is capable of automatic pick finding and anti-bar function. It has simple and 8-colour electronic colour selector with reliable property. The sheddding motionn is controlled by electronic dobby. The highest speed is 450r/min, and the filling insertion rat is 1125m/min.
