RZT-60 high efficiency package hydroextractor is a semiautomatic centrifugal extractor suitable to eliminate the excess of water from all types of yarn packages after dyeing.It can be successfully used for synthetic, artificial and natural yarns woundon plastic cones/ tubes or stainless steel springs. Special Features of High Efficlent Extractor: ----Revolutions speed;1530rpm,residual moisture cont-ent 45% increased productionefficiency,economi-zed drying cost. ----Uniform residual moisture content after extraction a-nd residual regain of yarn before drying ensured. ----Each package is equipped with a separate holder to prevent yarn as well as cone from damage during e-xtraction. ----PLC full automatic control system,ensures machine working in automatic cycling way after starting the-machine,and not stopping until extracting is comp-letely fulfilled. ----Unique vibration proof designing aswell asbalancing proof device,ensures safe and stable operating.
