SHAOXING, China – May 7, 2026 – The 2026 China Shaoxing Keqiao International Textile & Accessories Expo (Spring) opened today at the Shaoxing International Convention & Exhibition Center, running through May 9. Under the theme "Smart Innovation, Chain Collaboration", this edition marks a new milestone, boasting a record 50,000 sq.m. of exhibition space, 2,500 booths, and over 800 exhibitors—surpassing all previous spring editions.
Organized by the China Textile City Construction & Management Committee of Keqiao District, the expo has long been a pivotal barometer for China’s textile industry. It features six specialized zones: textile fabrics, yarn raw materials, fashion design, apparel, textile machinery, and dyeing & finishing technologies, delivering a full industrial chain showcase from raw materials to finished garments.

AI-Powered "Fabric Sourcing" Takes the Spotlight
A major highlight this year is the debut of AI Agent "Xiao Bu" (AI Bu 3.0), an intelligent sourcing tool designed to revolutionize fabric selection. Supporting over 30 languages, it offers smart inquiry, supply-demand matching, and on-site navigation, enabling buyers to locate desired fabrics within minutes.

Indian buyer Abhay Shah praised the system after finding a children’s pajama fabric in under 10 minutes: "The fabric feels great, breathable, with beautiful patterns—perfect for my clients." Brazilian first-time attendee Inacio Montechiari added: "This AI tool is efficient and convenient. I can pre-search fabrics on my phone and target suppliers directly."
Global Participation & Industrial Synergy
The expo has attracted more than 20 international purchasing delegations from across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, reflecting Keqiao’s status as a global textile hub. As the world’s largest textile distribution center, Keqiao’s China Textile City handles over USD 9 billion in annual fabric trade, supplying markets worldwide.
Alongside the main expo, three concurrent events—the 2026 Shaoxing International Apparel Supply Chain Expo, Zhejiang Textile Printing & Dyeing Technology & Equipment Show, and China New Fiber & Yarn (Keqiao) Exhibition—create a comprehensive industrial ecosystem, driving innovation and collaboration across the textile value chain.
Keqiao: Where China‘s Textile Future Meets the World

With 19 years of development, the Keqiao Textile Expo has evolved into China’s only professional textile expo integrated with both production origin and distribution center advantages. It serves as a critical platform for enterprises to showcase products, connect with global buyers, and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.
As the opening ceremony emphasized: "Keqiao is the focus of China’s textile industry, and China is the focus of the global textile sector." The 2026 Spring Expo not only highlights Keqiao’s manufacturing prowess but also accelerates the industry’s digital, green, and high-quality transformation
