2022 Ningbo Fashion Festival kicks off this Friday!

In order to achieve notable improvement in the integration and application of digital technologies in the consumer goods industry, promote the strategy of "Three Products" (which means increasing product’s categories, improving product’s quality and creating product’s brands) of consumer goods industry, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will held the 2022 "Three Products" national summit (hereinafter referred to as the Three Products summit), at the same time, the 2022 Ningbo Fashion Festival is about to held in Ningbo on November 11th to 14th as well.

The "Three Products" Summit focuses on the "Three Products" strategy of consumer goods industry, and displays and consolidates the national achievements through various forms, such as summit forums, city tour exhibitions, and enterprise inspection, and summarizes a lot of practical experience. The fashion festival held in the same period, with the theme of "the tide came with oriental fashion", has six sections and 25 activities, including forum, industry exhibition, business market, fashion show, creative competition and fashion festival, and strives to make the fashion festival a city window, an industry grand meeting and citizens.

The two conferences are held at the same time, which is not only a concrete action to implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress, but also a profound practice of the spirit of the Party Congress. It is also a pragmatic action to serve the industry, expand domestic demand and spread fashion. It will strongly promote Ningbo to build a resilient fashion supply chain in an all-round way, contribute to smooth economic operation, promote economic growth, speed up the "double cycle" and provide a strong impetus for high-quality economic development.

As the highlight of the fashion festival, this year's industrial exhibition has not only expanded its scale, but also achieved the ultimate in fashion subdivision categories. The exhibition will comprehensively display the whole field and chain ecosystem of fashion industry through various forms. It attracted 178 enterprises and 228 brands to participate offline, while connecting overseas merchants online. The 40,000-square-meter industrial exhibition, guided by science and technology, fashion and green, is divided into five exhibition areas: fashion classic area, digital area, home textiles area, supply chain area and outdoor leisure area.

In order to promote double-cycle development in the city, and to maintain the stability of the supply chain of fashion industry, the Fashion Festival will organize the 2022 China Fashion Industry Supply and Demand Matchmaking Conference, including two business activities - the 2022 China Fashion Industry Buyers Conference and the 2022 China Fashion Buyers Matchmaking Conference - to build an efficient platform for business matchmaking and resource allocation.  

Under the background of consumption upgrading in the new era, as the most vital fashion consumption in the mass consumption, Ningbo Fashion Festival organized a series of activities, such as "Fashion Ningbo It Items" living stream, online launching of NFT3D virtual clothing, and the sale of "the tide came with oriental fashion" series IP products. The fashion festival specially linked with the "Three Products" nationwide series of activities, thoroughly implemented the strategy of increasing varieties, improving quality and creating brands, organized trading of all series of fashion products such as clothing, household appliances, and attracted nearly one hundred fashion enterprises to participate in the exhibition.
