Polyester Filament Yarn Market Morning Express (Nov 29, 2010)

Affected by sluggish sales around the weekend, PFY producers widely revise offers down this morning by 200-500yuan/mt. Some higher offers are cut by 600-800yuan/mt and discounts are widely available.

In Xiaoshan and Shaoxing, POY inches down by 100-200 with some brands down 500. POY150/48 prevails at 13300-13500yuan/mt with lower prices at 13000yuan/mt. One Shaoxing plant revises offers down 300 with discounts for big deals. POY75/72, POY150D, FDY75/72 and FDY150D are offered at 15700, 17500, 13400 and 13300yuan/mt.

One Shengze spinner cuts POY down 600, FDY 800 and DTY down 200-500yuan/mt. Tongxiang plants cut offers down 200yuan/mt.
