Influenced by decreasing orders, slowing down sales and declining prices of feedstock, the downtrend of cotton fabric speeds up. The prices of T65/C35 21×21 100×52 58" dyed fabric produced in Shandong decline to 12.5yuan/m and T65/C35 21×21 108×58 58" dyed fabric produced in Zhejiang to 14.7yuan/m.
In Weifang, Huzhou, Changzhou, Xingtai and Foshan, scaled printing and dyeing plants with tolerable operating rate are working for previous orders. But due to the high feedstock prices, fluctuation of RMB exchange rate, some orders have been lost to India and Pakistan, and plants dare not to build inventory and some have to stop working.
