New Italian distributor for OptiTex software

Bologna, Italy based CREA Solution Group (CREA) to sell OptiTex products in Italy.

March 14, 2005 – New York and Bologna - OptiTex Ltd. and CREA Solutions are pleased to announce the signing of an exclusive distribution agreement for the Italian market.

This partnership dramatically enhances OptiTex’s strategic coverage in Italy and Europe. The agreement calls for CREA to sell OptiTex wide range of software solutions as well as joint solutions that will be developed by the two companies. CREA will work closely with OptiTex to develop Progressive Solutions to help Italian sewn goods manufacturers meet the challenges of today’s rapidly evolving industry. CREA is composed by skilled technical staff, trainers, salesmen, administrative and financial personnel who for the most part originated at Investronica Sistemas. CREA has spent the past few months extensively reaserching the market for the leader in 2-D and 3-D applications and have identified OptiTex solutions as the most powerful software for 2-D design and 3D visualization.
