2005-11-2 The 10-day Japan Fashion Week was kicked off yesterday (October 31) in Tokyo, previewing fashion collections for next spring and summer at hundreds of runway shows.
Running alongside is a symposium called "Presenting New Japanese Fashion to the World", which outlines Japan's positioning in the global fashion scene and discusses its strengths and potentials.
A forum titled "The Latest Trends in Asian Color - the Strategies and Possibilities" will also be held to set out both the current and future trends of color designs in Japan, Korea and China.
