Shanghai Jinmantang Textiles Co., Ltd. is specialized in home textile bedding articles, with six subsidiary mills, namely, Sanbao Spinning Mill, Tongda Spinning Mill, Sanbao Weaving Mill, Sanbao Linen Mill, Sanbao Printing & Dyeing Mill and Sanbao Bedding Articles Mill. It is the only manufacturer in China that owns facilities for cotton materials purchasing, spinning, weaving, printing and dyeing and production of finished articles. This advantage enables us to save 30% of cost as compared to our counterparts.
With a staff of 1600 and a professional design team, we now operate three brand names, “Jixiang Sanbao”, “Sanbao” and “Jinmantang”. Regarding manufacturing equipment, we have 50,000 sets of ring-spun spindles, 10,000 sets of open-end spindles, 500 sets of super-width rapier looms, etc.. The bedding article mill owns sewing machines from “Brother” and “Zhengbu”, Model 920 Double-head embroidery machine from “Beifang Tianniao”. In addition, there are 500 more sets of opening machine, automatic feeding machine, high-speed carding machine, spreading machine, quilt-filling machine, pillow-filling machine and automatic packing machine. Our annual sales reaches RMB280 million.
In the past years, we from Jinmantang have been working hard to provide high quality and cost-effective products based on the policy of “Development via innovative thought, quality products originating from high consciousness”. Till now, we have developed altogether 12 categories of products to meet the demands of customers in different levels, like single printed series, printed whole-set series, embroidery whole-set series, stuffed quilt series, stuffed pillow and cushion series, children’s series, wedding series, luxurious whole-set series, linen bedding series, hotel series, students’ series, and summer series.
