Xinjiang Youngor Cotton Textile Co.Ltd is a joint investment of Ningbo Sunrise Textile Dyeing & Finishing Co.Ltd and Yinzhou Sheng'an Knitting Co.Ltd in Ningbo. Its main business lies within the scope of cotton production and sale, cotton textile production, sale and export. Xinjiang Youngor was established on January 12 2005, locating in the famous cotton growing district-kashgar with initial capacity of 112,000 spindles for combed cotton yarn. Xinjiang Youngor Cotton Textile Co.Ltd Kuerle Subsidiary was registered on May 10 2005, whose capacity for combed cotton yarn reaches 55,000 spindles. In march 2006, Xinjiang youngor expanded its capacity with 20,000 ‘EliTe & EliTwist’ spindles. So the total capacity of Xinjiang Youngor for combed cotton yarn reaches 187,000 spindles. Among the 1,616 employees, ethnic minority people accounts 80%. Xinjiang Youngor is the largest industrial investment in Kashgar.
Xinjiang Youngor's main equipments are listed as follows: pre-spinning machines including cleaning-blowing unions, combing machines and drawing machines, are all from Rieter in Switzerland. With the exception of “Elite & EliTwist” machines from Sussen, Roving machines and spinning frames are respectively from domestic strong textile equipment manufacturers-Taihang firm and Jingwei corporation. For the important components of drafting system, we replaced them with imported ones such as Texparts cradles, rollers and Berkol cots. With types “ORION M” and “7-V FF”, our automatic winders are respectively from Savio and Muratec, and 115 sets of double-twister are from Saurer corporation in Switzerland. Besides, we have HVI Spec ， AFIS Pro, UT-4, UT-CLASSIMAT 3 and UT-4 instruments in our Lab.
With skilled workers Xinjiang Youngor attracts many of excellent management talent and technical experts from domestic textile field. We manage our company according to ISO9001:2000, control products quality referring to 5% level of Uster Statistics 2001.
Locating in Kashgar, Xinjiang Youngor has great advantage in obtainning high grade cotton. With high quality materials and excellent management, we can supply regular combed cotton yarns ranging from 20s to 220s(Ne), and special yarns of Siro spinning, compact Siro spinning, core, T&C , cotton & cashmere, cotton & jute, cotton & jute & terylene , colour cotton, organic cotton, etc. And the main quality properties of products get up to or above 5% level of Uster Statistics 2001. At present, our products are mainly sold to groupwide downstream enterprises, some to Guangdong province, Jiangshu province and Zhejiang province, and partly to Hongkong, Japan and Mauritius.
While promoting production, we concentrate on improving our product quality, and passed the authentication of ISO9001:2000 in June 2006.
