Abhishek Industries Limited (ABIL), A unit of the reputed Trident Group, the company has set up the ultra-modern plants manufacturing quality towels in Barnala, Punjab India. The plants have 31068 TPA terry towel and 25668 TPA cotton yarn processing capacity, with a turnover of more than 170 million USD.
In a short span of seven years it has carved a niche in the World terry towel market in terms of customer satisfaction and quality products. Our highly satisfied clientele are the retailers, distributors as well as manufacturers in countries like USA, U.K., Australia, Japan, Europe etc. Walmart has awarded them with their prestigious award "Supplier of the year" thrice during the year of 2001, 2003 and 2005 resp.
Trident offers a complete spectrum of Towels with a variety ranging from Plains to Stripes, Checks to Designs, Velour Finish, new age Patterns and latest Designs making them exclusive. So whether its for bath or beach -Trident has a towel for every occasion, for every moment. Our product range includes Piece Dyed Dobby (Plain Without designs) & Jacquard towels (Designs), Yarn dyed Terry Dobby and Jacquard towels, Terry and Velour beach towels, Zero twist towels and specialty towels like Christmas Towels. These towels are woven with premium cotton like American Pima cotton and Egyptian cotton. Rayon, Modal, Tencel Polyester & Lurex can also be used as per your requirement.
State of the art German, Swiss and Italian technology has been adopted in cotton yarn spinning, cotton yarn processing, dyeing section and terry weaving section. The in-house design team which apart from creating original designs, also translates buyer designs into machine patterns using the latest CAD-CAM techniques. They have set up an up to date Quality testing and Process Control laboratory to create appropriate information base for establishing parameters, process cycles and product quality.Inspection and Checks are done at every step to ensure a High Quality and a Zero Defect Product. We have 268 looms - Toyota including 40 Jacquard looms.
