Our company is specialized in textle machinery R&D.
Our European team had been working in the past with Tsudakoma, Picanol, Somet, Vamatex, Fimtextile.
We granted patents to Tsudakoma, Picanol, Fimtextile and Somet ( Itema Group).
We have the people ( some of them retired from European loom and shedding machines leading group) and the skill to operate in R&D on looms, shedding machines, Quick Style change, Tyre cord, special logistic system ( similar to Genkinger or Ferber ) to transport, manage, controll and stock warp beams, fabric rollers inside a textile mills
For example we could offer our collaboration on the following know-how:
1. New rapier driver mechanical/mechatronic system to move the two rapiers of a loom
2- Electronic positive dobby 16 and 20 frames
3- high speed positive cammotion 8 and 10 frames max speed 1500 RPM
4- New beat-up motion mechanism for air-jet and rapier looms
5- Mechatronic dobby with indipendent servomotors
6-AGV system
7-complete range of Ferber products.
