Tai’an Donghua Fashion Material Co., Ltd. is situated near the famous Mount Tai, Huafeng Coal Mine of Xin Coal Mine Group. As a foreign-funded company by Yingke (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., the company boasts of total investment of RMB20 million and annual output of RMB73 million. Furthermore, it has won the approval for enterprises with foreign trade rights in China. We now employs many highly professional technicians in dyeing and finishing as well as a number of senior engineers from National Textile Dyeing and Finishing Center as our technical adviser. Besides, we have installed the most advanced test equipment. In regards of facilities, we owns 21 sets of foreign-made high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing lines for yarns and fibers, including one set of 1 Ton, one set of 1 kg, two sets of 500 kg, one set of 400 kg, two sets of 300 kg, three sets of 200 kg, three sets of 100 kg; and we also one 3 de-watering machines, in details two for cone yarns and one for loose fibers; we have three drying machines, namely, two for cone yarns and one for loose fibers; at last, there are 19 sets more of cone winders. For loose fibers, we are mainly engaged in processing of wool, alpaca, mohair, milk fiber, modal, rabbit hair, floret, cashmere, cotton, Tencel, soybean fiber, bamboo fiber and nylon; for cone yarns, we are engaged in processing of cotton, rayon, wool cashmere, floret, bamboo fiber, polyester, acrylic, milk fiber and mixed yarns. Our annual output has reached 3200 tons of dyed various yarns and 1800 tons of dyed loose fibers. In fact, we have developed into a professional company for cone dyeing of various yarns and loose dyeing of kinds of natural and man-made fibers. Meanwhile, we also owns 10,000 sets of yarn-dyed spinning. Leading development, new spinning equipment, powerful technical support and professional manufacturing craftsmanship have made all kinds of yarns like pure wool, velour yarn, plush yarn, silk-like cotton yarn, rabbit hair yarn, alpaca and Tencel, Modal, bamboo fiber, soybean fiber and milk yarn inclusive of mixed yarns as the premier material for many domestic and overseas middle and high grade woven and knitted wear manufacturers.
