Suzhou Dongsheng Metal Surface Treatment Co., Ltd. (Suzhou Dongsheng Chemical Fiber Machinery Fittings Co., Ltd.) is a hi-tech enterprise specially engaged in metal spraying, electroplating and manufacturing and repairing of chemical fiber machinery fittings. Located at the renown old South Yangtze town of Mudou, the company is neighboring Suzhou Hi-tech Industry Development Zone in the east and national Taihu Lake Tour & Holiday Zone in the west, which offers great advantages in both transportation and scenery. Equipped with facilities for plasma spraying, arc spraying, beam welding, argon arc welding and electroplating, we are rather strong in manufacturing various machineries (dozens of types of machineries) as well as testing equipments for surface roughness, hardness, dynamic balancing.
Pure ceramic (white) and metal ceramic (Al2O3、Cr2O3) spraying restoration for: winding machines, heat roller, separate roller, auxiliary drum, godet wheel, driving roll, oiling roll, feeding wheel, etc.. Spraying restoration by carbon steel alloy (middle and high carbon steel), stainless steel alloy (2Cr13、3Cr13、1Cr18Ni9Ti), copper alloy, nickel-chromium alloy for: all kinds of motor rotor and transmission shaft, etc. Hard chromium electroplating, sand blasting treatment for driving roller of winding machines, heat roller and scrubbing roller. Water feeding in vacuum for hot roller adopted for producing both civilian and industrial filament yarns by machines from Japan Toray, Japan Murada, Switzerland Rieter, Beijing Zhongli, etc.. Auxiliary drums for Germany Barmag SW series of winding heads, spindle winders of scrubbing rollers, and replacing of motor shafts.

For staple fibers production, we provide yarn guide, transmission roller, saddle rotor, V wheel, oiling nib, oiling roller, oiling wheel, fixing roller assembly, yarn piling roller assembly, dipping roller assembly, and internal bladder for ball mill, cover board, front and back rollers used in polymerization.
Besides, we also sell imported bearings used for winding heads in brands like SKF from Switzerland, FAG from Germany, NSK from Japan, imported O-type ring, “rabbit head” and brake chip used in Japan Teijin, Japan Murada, Japan TMT winding heads; “rabbit head” used in Japan TMT Ati-459HR winding head for spandex filament fiber, tightening ring of bobbin collet from Japan Murada and Torayj; tightening block of bobbing collet from Japan Teijin, TMT, and Germany Bamag; all kinds of suction gun for POY, DTY and ATY as well as twisting stopper for Italy RPR spandex twisting machine.
