Wuxi Liyi Dyeing & Weaving Co. ,Ltd. , located by side of the beautiful Taihu Lake, is one of large-scaled printing & dyeing enterprises in Wuxi area. Now it has fixed assets of 55 million Yuan and has the factory with floor area of 45,000m2 and building area of 20,000m2.It has250 employees and has more than 160 sets of various imported or local advanced dyeing and dressing equipment including model 300 singeing frame model M125-180 & M41-180 dye jigger, model M280-320 wider dye jigger model160 &180 hot-melting pad dyer (long engine), copper plate type model LM003-200 singeing frame matching with the long engine, new type model LMH201-180 large sized mercerizing machine etc. Therefore , the company can be able to do the bleaching, dyeing, waterproofing, mercerizing, crease shedding , oil resisting contamination preventing, retardant treatment, stiffing treatment, softening treatment ,roughing treatment and calendaring for various kinds of textile materials, such as all cotton material ,satin cloth ,satin strip and large jacquard weaving cloth treated by dye jiggers of our company are with uniform, steady and bright tint. The yarn cloth, canvas and T/R cloth treated by the pad dyer are with excellent quality. Referring to the quality requirements issued by Japanese customers, the company has fluorescence generating resistance cloth and oxygen bleaching cloth, which has been highly appraised by Japanese customers. Now the company has the capability to produce 35 million meters of such cloth.
The company keeps the quality as the root. In 2001 , the company had been authenticated by ISO9000:2000 international quality system and had obtained the permit to do import & export business. With the feature of unique color, new type, steady quality and fashion face materials, the products of the company have been accepted by both local and foreign customers hence, the products have been well sold in China, USA , Canada , Germany , Japan , Australia , Hong Kong and Taiwan area. |
