Covering an area of 60600 square meters, Shandong Changyi Jiayi Towel & Quilt Co., Ltd. is an enterprise re-established through reformation from former Changyi City Towel Factory set up in 1970, where 1350 workers and staff are working. Possessing 360 sets of looms, the annual production capability is 2500 tons calculated in yarn. It has been honored as Provincially-advanced enterprise in making foreign currency, Steady quality enterprise for export commodities throughout China, having become the key enterprise in producing towels throughout China.
The company has solid technology foundation, and the equipments are advanced. The quality control measure is complete. It mainly makes six series of products of XINLEI brand. They are towel, bath towel, floor towel, toweling quilts, toweling sheet, toweling sleeping garments. All the products are over 1000 kinds in over 2500 colors and/or designs. It s expert in making such products as jacquard with satin weave, jacquard and printed, double layers jacquard, embroidered, plain color, spiral style with satin weave, cut flannel, cut flannel with non-twisting yarn, cut flannel wit high and low rolls. New materials have been used in the production, such as hemp and cotton, non-twisted yarn, colored cotton, crust plain, modern, bamboo fabric yarn,etc. In 2001, the company passed the ISO9001 certification to over 10 countries and regions among which 80% exported to Japan, the rest exported to the United States, European markets, etc.
