Liaoning Times Group Xiong-Yue Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd is a modern comprehensive printing and dyeing enterprise whose business ranges from developing technology and product, conducting technique research, to processing garment and apparel fabrics. In 1999 it was granted the honorary title of "Excellent Enterprise May First Award" by China General Labor Union; in 2001 it was selected as top ten enterprises in Chinese printing and dyeing industry by Chinese Printing and Dyeing Association. Currently, it has a total staff of 2, 212, including 274 experts and technicians. Well equipped with complete testing instruments and advanced facilities, it has gong through the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Certification and ISO 14001:1996 Environmental Management Certification respectively.
Covering a total area of 340,000 square meters, and construction area of 140.000 square meters, it has fixed asset amounting to 420 million Yuan. With 81 units of complete printing and dyeing equipment, 4 bleaching assemble lines, 5 prints assemble lines, 6 printing and dyeing lines, and 10 intermittent technological process lines, it has the production capacity of 150,000,000 meters. It possesses a thermal power station of its own, with 4 furnaces of 35 tons and 3 generating sets installed , capable of generate electricity 9,000 kw/h.. The advanced sewage treatment facilities have a capacity of 8,000 T. In 2001, it was awarded garden enterprise by Liaoning Provincial Government and in 2001 it was included in the list of “ Model Clean Manufacturer by Environmental Protection Bureau. Its products are exported to more than 60 countries and regions, including America, Canada, Russia, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong and Macaw. We have entered a long-term business relationship with reputable companies such as Walmart and GAP from US, Xichuan Industry and Yechun Trading from Japan. For years we have earned trust from our clients with our high quality products and established a high reputation in international market. The products are exported and sold out100%. It was appointed as the trustworthy enterprise in export and import business by Chinese Customs Quarantine Association for six years running.
Yingkou Jin-Ji Garment Co., Ltd, its affiliate, is one of the large garments processing enterprise in Liaoning province. It processes 34 advanced assemble lines introduced from Germany, equipped with imported sand –wash facility for denim and water- wash apparatus. Presently it has 2000 staff and production capacity of 6,000,000 pieces and washing capacity of 7,000,000 pieces. All the products are sold to Europe, America, Japan, South Korea and Russia. They have won popularity among consumers and enjoyed high credit in international market.
