Please let me give you brief introduction of Sweety Textiles (Pvt) Limited enthusiastic textile mill in Pakistan, manufacturing home textile products. The mill is almost vertically integrated with an investment of about 20 Million US$. The mill has 200 shuttle less sulzer looms, 200 automatic looms, rotary printing machines (Regianni) 18 colours up to 120" wide printing with backup process brand new open width bleaching plant, monforts stenters with mahlo weft straighten attached, one stenter equipped with I.R. system for continuous dyeing of light and medium shades, Jigger Dyeing, CST laser engraving and 80,000 square meter stitching unit having capacity of 12,000 bed sets and 2500 polyester filled comforters per day.
We are manufacturing and exporting Duvet/Quilt Cover Sets, Sheet Sets, Curtains, Kitchen Wares to Europe and Filled Bed In A Bag, Bedspread, Sheet Set, Slipcovers, Shower Curtain to America in different fabrics qualities.
Our running qualities are 3030/7656, 3636/7656, 3030/7668, 3636/9676, 4040/12072, 4040/15890 in 50:50 Poly Cotton, 2222/6060, 2222/5656, 3030/7668, 4040/13065, 4040/13085 in 100% Cotton and 6040/15095, 6040/180112 in 100% cotton sateen weave.
