The personal charm, capability and character of an entrepreneur are very important to the development of the enterprise and the maturing of his team. I know I am not perfect, but I am endeavouring to do self-examination and self-improvement to perfect myself and to require my team alike.
It might be easily noticed that I would rather use the term 'Tong Ren' (people with the same pursuit) to address my staff rather than 'employee'. Because I sincerely expect to set up a stage for all people in the same camp with me to put our talents to good use, to finally realize our dreams. Here is also an experimental plot, from which a bumper harvest will be the accumulation of fortunes belonging to society and the recognition by the society.
My interpretation of the creeds of an enterprise is: They are the soul of the company, and the unanimously admitted creeds are needed to regulate deeds of the company, and only when collective objectives are infused with individual ones and a common aspiration is formed, can we unite all the staff as one to achieve the common goals, and nourish a sense of kinship in everybody.
'Having a sense of social responsibility - assuming important tasks - achieving great successes', this is my philosophical progress and where the genuine creeds were cultivated in Ever-Glory.
