Shaoxing Sanlida Textile Fire-Retardant New Materials Co., Ltd. was founded by former Sichuan Neijiang Sanlixin Man-made Fiber Co., Ltd. and in early 2000 it started cooperation with Beijing Institute of Technology and Sinopec Beijing Yanhua Petrochemical Company Limited and jointly finished the development of "phosphorus permanent fire-retardant polyester fiber and fabric", which in 2002 passed the certification of being the leading technology in China by Sichuan Province. In addition, the company has established long-term technical cooperation relationship with Institute of Polyester Fiber of Sichuan University and the Textile Industry Research Institute of Sichuan Province.
We are the first developer of high fire-retardant polyester items in China.
First in China: The F/R polyester fabric of our company is the first to pass spot "type-examination" conducted by Chinese Government that its F/R performance has reached LOI=36.6% (exceeding GB8624B1 LOI≥32.0%), and furthermore we are the first to get the "Inflammation Performance Level Mark 'Difficult' B1 Level" certificate.
Sole in China: We are the sole company in China to participate in the editing of "People's Republic of China Public Safety Standard: GA50402004 Fire/Retardant Decoration Fabrics" and General Manager Mr. Li Yuanming is one of the key editors as the only representative from enterprises. Mr. Li Yuanming, as the only representative of F/R textile enterprises, was also invited to take part in the research and editing of the compulsory national standard--"Inflammation Performance Requirement and Mark of F/R Products and Parts in Public".
Perfect and leading technology: From 2000, we have invited a large number of technicians, professors, scholars and senior engineers in F/R and textile industries to conduct many many times of small and medium scale of tests as well as bulk production. Till now, we have entered bulk industrial production for six years. We own quite a lot of key technologies from production of F/R polyester fiber and have set up perfect production bases with our partners, who now can provide full services from high-quality and F/R stuff development, development and production of F/R chip, F/R polyester filament, F/R polyester staple, F/R polyester yarn, F/R polyester knit and woven fabrics, and F/R polyester printed fabrics.
Product feature and advantage:
1.Weaving and dyeing of F/R yarn, filament and fabrics with LOI＞32% and LOI value same before and after dyeing;
2.Uster CV% of F/R polyester yarn of 12-15%.
Target market and application:
Our F/R series of products can be used in inner decoration, furniture coverage, special garments, air plane, ship and auto inner decoration. Our F/R polyester filament fiber, yarn and fabrics have been supplied to many Chinese users as well as foreign customers from Europe and USA through direct and indirect export.
