Wuxi Hailijin Textile Co., Ltd., Yixing Baili Textile & Dyeing Co., Ltd., established in
1989, is a Shareholding cooperative enterprise and is located in the eastern suburb
of Heqiao Town, Yixing City in Jiangsu Province. It has convenient transportation with
Taiwu in the east, Wuxi and Shanghai in direct access, Nanjing in the west, Hangzhou
in the south, Changzhou and Jiangyin in the north, and delightful environment in all
seasons.
The company is a reginal and comprehensive textile export enterprise specialized in
yarn dyeing, fabric singeing and desizing, mercerizing, sizing, preshrinking, pilling
and other textile finishing processes and dyed-yarn weaving with annual of 4,000 tons of cheese and hank yarn dyeing, 30 million meters of fabric finishing and processing, and 12 million meters of yarn-dyed fabrics production. The main products include cotton, CVC, T/C and other poplins; linen, ramie, L/C, L/R blending and interweaving yarn-dyed fabrics in carious specifications, which are directly exported to Europe, USA, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macao and so on. The company covers an area of over 40,000 square meters, owns more than 65 million yuan of fixed assets, more than 1,000 employees, and over 400 sets of production equipments, including dyeing, weaving and finishing, etc. (weaving production line: 40 sets of JAT710 Japan TOYOTA air-jet looms, 200 sets of GA747-180 flexible rapier looms, 200 sets of outreach mill weaving looms; processing and finishing equipments: 10 sets of wire raising machines, 2 sets of singeing and desizing machines, 2 sets of shrinkage-prof finishing machines, 2 sets of sizing machines, 1 set of mercerizer, 1 set of pilling machine as well as a sewage treatment station).
