Shaoyang Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. is a leading corporation in national textile machinery industry, and a high-tech corporation in Hunan. It is the development base of state important chemical fiber technics and finishing sets after printing and dyeing. we also produce set of tow for tobacco, and build up province technics center, CAD developing system and perfect nets of CAD, CAPP. Our firm employ a band of experieced high-grade technicians and experts, upraising our research and producing technics of jointing and shot blasting of stainless steel, annealing of great workpiece, screw sleeve, and control system of textile machinery to the leadership in national textile machinery industry.
Our corporation is registered by ISO9001, and lisenced to design and produce pressure vessel genus 1,2, and organic heat carrier furnance. The main products are sets of chemical fiber and sets of printing and dyeing with 200 kinds.Sets of chemical fiber include: prodution equipments of polypropylene and acrylic spun-bondwoven fabric, finishing sets of nonwoven fabric, prodution equipments of viscose dope, pressure washing product lines of cakes used in viscose spinning machine, and so on. While sets of printing and dyeing and finishing equipments include: series sets of stretching boarders, sets of finishing after printing and dyeing and imitate silk processing, jet dyeing machine and yarn package dyeing machine,etc.Our corporation continuously researches new projects for state, contributing a lot for the technic progress of textile industry. We are awarded as Province Advanced unit and Top 100 of Hunan Industry Corporation during 1990 to 1998.
