Shaoxing Dushu Printing and Dyeing Co.,Ltd is located beside scenic East Lake in shaoxing city. It is 104 national highway and Hangyong railway to the north, Xiaoshao canal to the south.
The company is a large-scale enterprise integrated with textile distribution, printing and dyeing, and foreign trade. Since its establishment in 1976, production scale having been constantly enlarging, the company successively was awarded as "National medium-sized enterprise", "The top ten large, and the top one hundred strong township enterprise",, "Province key leading enterprise", "The top one hundred best economic benefits enterprise", and "Sanitary model enterprise". In addition, it passed the standard of measuring, quality control and business administration, and gained relevant certifications issued by State Bureau of Environmental Protection.
There is 980 employees, 137 technicians among them, 128 million yuan in fixed assets, more than 7200 square meters in factory area, 31,000 square meters in building area. The daily production capacity is 500,000 meters of fabrics, the annual output of dyeing and printing is more than 1,000 billion meters fabrics.
With 9 international advanced dyeing and printing production lines, the company is specialized in dyeing and printing silk, pure cotton, T/C, cotton/linen, three-dimensional fabric, knitgoods and polyester silk-like fabric... In order to increase the product quality, it introduced dozens of international advanced production facilities, pretreatment and post-treatment machines from foreign countries, such as Switzerland 7S flat screen printing machine, Japan 7000 flat screen printing machine, Austria rotary screen printing machine, Taiwan boarding machines, Italy and Poland loop steam ager, kiering and bleaching range, calender, mercerizing machine and automatic baling machine, ect...
Owning whole sets of French GGS electric tracing color separation system and Switzerland film step and repeat machine, the company has the ability of turing the grey fabrics into finished products through design, enlarging and producing all by itself.
In the respect of environment protection, the company once again invested 10 million yuan to dispose sewage it produced through linking it with city sewage pipe, based on the former 16 million yuan investment, which enabled the company reached the international standard of discharge waste water.
For long, the company abides by the guideline of "emphasize the technology progress and develop new products". In recent years, through constantly efforts the company developed many new products, such as high density printed, flocking discharge printed, non-pressed pile printed, polyester discharge printed fabrics;ecaille printed bedding... In 2003,the self-support import and export business volume reached $15.5 million.
