Founded on Nov. 11th, 2002 with a total investment of USD 75 million and a registered capital of USD 49.6 million, Shandong Jiada Textile Co., Ltd occupies a floor area of 1,199mu in the Hi-tech Development Zone of Jining City where the Confucianism is originated. Our completed Printing and Dyeing Workshop A now has all its cutting-edge production lines imported from Italy,the US,Germany, Holland and Japan, including three dyeing lines and two rotary screen printing lines. We have an annual production capacity of 48 million yards. This printing and dyeing workshop was launched into production on Oct. 20th, 2004 and has been in smooth operation ever since. Our products are sold to as far as Europe and the US and win over unanimous credit from customers both at home and abroad with their good quality and our dedicated services. Cherishing the maxim of "Reasonable Management and Continuous Innovations"and aiming to establish a high-end and top brand in the dyeing and printing industry, we are looking forward to creating a win-win partnership with all our customers.
Our Company currently has three 180 dyeing lines and two rotary screen printing lines with a monthly production capacity of 4.5 million yards or so. Our high-grade garment fabrics are bestsellers in large and medium-size cities and renowned garment manufacturers both at home and abroad. We have established good partnerships with and supplied fabrics directly to such famous large-scale shopping malls as WALMART, TARGET, SEARS, J.C. Penney, Mars, GAP, Jones, etc. Our high product quality and sound reputation have won over the favor of both domestic and foreign consumers. Our export volume and revenues are leading our industrial peers in China.
Our major equipment is fully imported and thus features state-of-the-art techniques. Our two pretreatment lines are KYOTO and SANDO products; our three dyeing lines are MONFORTS products; our two rotary screen printing lines are STORK-MBK products; our post-treatment equipment include MONFORTS forming machine, REMISCH glazing calendar, SPEROTTO RIMAR roughening machine, etc.
Our laboratory is furnished with full set of AATCC and ISO compliant physical and chemical testing equipment imported from the US. Such equipment can accurately measure the physical and chemical indexes of our finished products. In addition, we very much emphasize product quality and our engineers and technicians mostly enjoy more than 10 years of work experience in the printing and dyeing industry. We are also highly honored to have the renowned Japanese expert of Shenjingyingnan to give onsite instructions all the year round with an aim to ensure our product quality.
Closely following the global trend, our products mainly include various high and medium-grade garment fabrics that also incorporate high technologies, e.g. anticrease, antistatic, ultraviolet resistance, fire retardance, etc. In addition, we have also established our R&D Dept. to keep creating innovative fabric products to follow and even set the trends in the international market. Our various products have always been leading the industry both at home and abroad. |
