Haian—Town of Cocoon silk in China, located at plain-area of middle Jiangsu, neighbors Yellow Sea in the east, Yangtze River to the south, Nanjing to the West and Yancheng to the North, is teemed with silk. On this rich ground, Jiangsu’s largest silk fabric, silk yarn and cotton fabric manufacturer was born---Haian County HengYuan Silk Group Co., and now is on its way approaching its career’s high.
‘HengYuan’ was set up in June of 1970. During this not-long period, it has transformed itself from a silk-yarn work place with 28 workers and 720 USD assets into a Group Company with more than 24 million USD assets and 36 million USD yearly sales revenue, and also is gradually becoming a backbone self-import and export company with many kinds of production lines, including silk fabric, silk yarn, cotton cloth, yarn-dyed cotton fabric, denim fabric and silk fabric dyeing!
Now ‘HengYuan’ has nearly 3000 employees, 8 subsidiary manufacturing and trading companies. ‘HengYuan’ boasts 500 sets of silk woven fabric production looms ( among which 48 are shuttleless looms), 80 sets of new-generation air-jet cotton weaving looms ( total planned production line includes 160 sets) imported from Japan, an annual production capacity of 100 tons of silk carpet yarn and one production flow line for all kinds of silk rod threads. ‘HengYuan’ has one subsidiary company which can produce 5 million meters of silk fabric and one Imp./Exp. company which can export more than 15 million USD worth of Cargo on the yearly basis, also it established Europe Representation Office, Shenzhen and HongKong Offices. |
