Establishing in Oct of 1990, Tiantai South-West Filter-Cloth Fictory is a private enterprise. The registered capital is 2,800,000RMB ( US$ 340,000 ). At present Tiantai South-West Filter-Cloth Fictory has owned about 50,000 square meters of ground, including 24,000 square meters of building area.Tiantai South-West Filter-Cloth Fictory, now has 480 workers, 430,000 square meters of monthly production ability for filter cloth, annual sale 70,000,000RMB (US$ 8,505, 500 ), including 30,000,000RMB (US$3 ,645 ,200) exporting sale. Nowadays, Tiantai South-West Filter-Cloth Fictory is the largest filter cloth manufacturer in China .
Tiantai South-West Filter-Cloth Fictory has owned more than 31 advanced machine and it also became the factory which owned the most machine in the industry for producing filter cloth. The quality of the polypropylene filter cloth, polyester filter cloth, PVA filter cloth we are manufacturing are always keep ahead in China, also the density can reach the highest level in our Country. The density of our two new kinds products can attain about 5 micron. Through our own innovation, eight of our machine can reach the highest density, for example: the filter cloth which 20 count yarns (warp), 20 count yarns (weft ) can reach the density for: 42 thread/inch (warp), 30 thread/inch (weft ). With regard to the quality and the output, Tiantai south west filter cloth factory are on top in China.
We always put the quality as first place, and regard it as the basic for survival. And also attach importance to the technology innovation and exploitation for new products, and it will be improved and innovated through practicing. We always invest a large amount of money into exploitation of new products , and had exploitured more than 100 kinds of new products still now, for instance: the density of the products we are producing now are much thicker than that of the products of high-density Item4212 2810 , 840-3, 700AB, 108B, 108C which originally were imported. Also through the improving for crafswork and weaving, we can make the products reach the standard of unknot, no stain, no thread-leaking. Also the products was accepted by one of our most captious Japanese customers, also established a long-term business relationship with each other. But we are not limited to the achivement we have attained, we will make great efforts continuously.
YANPAI filter cloth are have been used in 70% the industry of sugar in China ,and it also have be widely used in the fields of chemical, smelting, etc. And some of our main products are widely exported to, Japan, Germany, Philippines, India, United Stateds etc.
