Zhejiang Jiashan Yueda Artificial Fur Co., Ltd. (Zhejiang Jiashan Shunda Fur-knitting Factory) was founded in April 1998. It is located at Taozhuang town, Jiashan County of Zhejiang, one and half hours driving to the downtown of Shanghai and one_hour to Hangzhou, the provincial Capital of Zhejiang. It has very convenient transport facilities.
The Company covers a total area of 55,000 m2, among which the building area is 30,000m2. Now more than 500 workers and staff members are working for the company. Its annual producing capability has reached up to 7 milliion meters of various artificial furs. The fixed asset is US $7,000,000.00 and the turnover in 2003 is US$12 million. 60% of the products have been exported to Pakistan, Turkey, Syria, Bangkok, Vietnam, The USA, the south Korea, HongKong and the other countries and Districts in the South Ease Asia, the Middle east and Europe etc.
The Company introduces a complete set of advanced production lines to make various artificial furs such as Sherpa, Plush, Flat-hair Flannel, Jacquard fabric, Printed fabric, Fake fur and the nature. It also possesses various compounding machineslike watergel(glue)bonding machine, sponge bonding machining and PU bonding machine. The company's products can be soundly compounded with suede fabric, polar fleece, corduroy, flocking, PU and other fabrics. The products have been widely applied in the fields of garment dolls, shoes, hats, gloves, blankets, shows etc.
