We are a design company in los angeles starting up a line of modern bedding. The fabric we are looking for is 100% wool flannel in a 104" width.
If i have this milled then i will purchase 200 meters (undyed) and take it to a dye house so that i can have it dyed in five different colors. 200 meters of fabric will give me 66 units and we are planning on being at a 200 unit per month production level within the next 6 months to a year.
The weight is between 350 -420 g/m (i think) |
