In 1998, 25 years from the founding, Montonate plant in Via Dante n?40 was inaugurated. This production unit is dedicated to flocked materials and the subsequent processing phases like finishing, superficial treatments and embossing.
In this new plant are installed:
Two flocking lines equipped with climatised cabins to keep the flocking conditions constant and optimal, with one at worldwide vanguard, equipped with carpet and rameuse.
One Flocked-Pattern-Design line
One finish line equipped with drum-tumbler and rameuse
One embossing line
One cutting / quality control department
One cutting / quality control department for automotive products
Logistics:
The introduction of the ERP system, together with the use of bar codes for the traceability of all the raw materials and of all our products, allow us an advanced logistics handling. Our automated compactable warehouse enables us to have an excellent stock and products management. |
