Xiangfa Garments (Shanghai) Limited is a foreign wholly-owned company founded in 2003 in Shanghai, China by Golden Garments Limited of Hongkong. Its main business scope is designing, manufacturing and trading of garments.
The factory is composed of 2 independent workshop buildings, covering a manufacturing area of 6000 m2 and an office area of 1000 m2. In addition, there are 2 samples rooms, 2 conference rooms, 4 warehouses, 1 dining hall and 6 apartments for expatriate staff. The factory is located at the south of HuangpuRiver, next to ShanghaiPudongInternationalAirport and at the entrance of Shanghai Outer Circle Super-highway. It takes only 15 minutes' drive from the plant to the airport and 30 minutes' to the adjacent seaport. This convenient location provides the business with a very good transport environment.
The directors and management staff of the company are elites with many years of experience in garment industry. Therefore, even though the company is only 2 years old, it has already served many name brands such as: REI, Browning, CHAPS, le Chic, PORTS, Sixty, Brooks, Tommy Hilfiger and Rocky Boots. Its business network covers USA, Canada, Japan, France, Britain, Netherlands, Italy and the Middle East. Its products include leisure wears, sports wears, functional clothes and work wears.
The plant is currently equipped with over 300 single-stitch & double-needle seamers and 100 other seaming machines. In addition, we have more than 20 seam-sealing machines & cross-over sealers, a number of Velcro seamers, fusing machines, bar-tack machines, 5-thread edge-wrapped machines, needle detectors, button-eye makers, 3-needle stretching seamers, button tacking machines and many other production equipment. Together with our over 400 well-trained workers, we believe that we are capable of manufacturing a good variety of garments and accomplishing most requirements of our customers.
Recently, we are granted with a licensee manufacturer for Gore-Tex patent products, which proves our superior production capability and outstanding skill. However, we are not satisfied with the present situation and will keep on actively enhancing ourselves on product quality and all-rounded service. Hardware wise, we are expanding our manufacturing capability and acquiring more advance equipments. Software wise, we are recruiting the CAD & CAM computerized devices on technology side and introducing ISO 9000 certification system on management.
