1 Ceramic Roller
During the past ten years, Delta has made a tremendous progress in the technology of ceramic rollers manufacturing, achieving a remarkable quality and competitive manufacturing costs.
Delta ceramic roller are characterized by it''s outstanding thermal-shock resistance, high temperature strength, excellent performance and low consumption. Besides the application in the firing of homogeneous vitrified tiles, they can be used for the firing of daily ceramics, sanitary ware, technical ceramics, ets. The rollers with diameter from 25mm to 60mm and length up to 4600mm are available.
2. SiSiC products
Reaction Sintering Silicon Carbide products has high strength and corrosion resistance, combined with excellent thermal shock resistance and resistance to wear abrasion. It is highly suitable for the production of high load kiln furniture, kiln components, wear and corrosion resistant machine components and heating elements.
We produce SiSiC roller, SiSiC burner Nozzles, SiSiC cooling air pipes, SiSiC setter slab.
3. Alumina ball and lining bricks
The usage of alumina balls and lining bricks inside the mills is becoming more and more popular because of the distinctive advantages offered by this material: increase in mill productivity, reduction in consumption of grinding media, reduction of energy consumption. They are widely used in ceramics, glass, enamel, paint, and chemical engineering industries.
