Zhangjiagang Zhongshi Textile Co., Ltd. was established in 1995. It is an important key enterprise in spandex industry. The company is located in new developed portal city—Zhangjiagang, adjacent to Zhangjiagang Bonded Area—the only freshwater type bonded area in China. To its north are the Yangtze River and Zhangjiagang international Trading Business Port. It enjoys an excellent geographical location and a convenient transportation.
The company covers an area of 70,000 sqm, having 60,000 yarn spindles and 800 employees. Its gross capital is RMB 150 million, with a turnover of corespun spandex of 12,000 tons. The company have various spinning equipments like blowing-carding unit from Taiwan, FA266 combing machine and FA507 spinning frame from Jinwei Textile Machinery, and SAVIO automatic bobbin winder imported from Italy for the post process. The rubbing-twisting style joint created by itself solutes the quality problem for jointing of spandex. The company insists on the tenet of "Quality as the base, Customer Service the most important", continuously enhancing self-management. It passed ISO9001:2000 Quality System Authorization in 2002.
