Jiangsu Eastdye Textile Co., Ltd., (Eastdye), located in Changzhou, is a private owned manufacturer integrating spinning, cheese dyeing, and denim industry. The company covers over 200 thousand square meters and owns more than RMB 200 million Yuan fixed assets with above 200 professional technicians. Currently, the company’s annual production has amount to 8 thousand tons of OE yarn, 30 thousand tons of cheese dyed yarn, and 8 million meters of denim fabric.
The spinning project of Eastdye concentrates on developing and manufacturing various O.E. yarns with its human resource advantages. The company is now specialized in many specifications such as long, short, regular and irregular slub yarn from 3.5s to 16s.
Eastdye’s cheese dyeing technology and capacity is among the best in Jiangsu Province. To meet different requirements, Eastdye applied the dyeing machines with various capacities from 1.5 Kg to 2,500 Kg. The production lines are mainly for cotton, rayon, ramie, polyester, acrylic, nylon, DTY, and blended yarns. The dyeing of polyester filament, cotton-spandex, nylon-spandex etc. is also very characteristic. The products are widely applied by knitting and weaving industry.
By importing foreign advanced equipment, such as the Sizing and Dyeing Machine, Rapier Loom etc., the company is capable to manufacture various of combed cotton, cotton ramie, slub, stretch slub, cross hatch, and colored denim fabric from 4.5oz to 14.5oz..
Recently, Eastdye pays special attention to introduce advanced technology and equipment, and reform traditional textile industry with high-tech:
1. Improve the automatic control level of the products by applying the advanced equipment, i.e. radio frequency drying, computer aided color test system, automatic dispensing system etc.
2. Establish the enterprises R&D Center to fully improve products inspection and quality controlling level.
3. Introduce CIS Corporate Identity Systems.
4. Develop ERP to realize the information system management.
Most of Eastdye’s products are exported oriented.
