Henan Tiansheng Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd(TSCC) is located in a suburban district of Puyang city, Henan province. Southward 150 km to Zhengzhou, northward 200 km to Shijiazhuang, eastward 180 km to jinan, and a superhighway and the national road No.106 pass through Puyang, therefore, the traffic of this region is very convenient .
TSCC covers an area of 100 mu, within which construction area are 5000㎡. The company has fixed assets of 3000 millions Yuan(RMB), and registered capital 1000 millions Yuan. Now, PHCC has more than 200 employees, 30 technicians and 16 of them are medium and senior engineers. Depending on their own strong economic and powerful technical force the company has laid a solid foundation for a log period development henceforth.
TSCC was found in 1989. Its original is Qingfeng Liaoyuan Chemical Plant, and then, main products were Chemicals for the use of oil field. In 1998, by introducing foreign advanced technology, TSCC established a new installation of non-ionic cellulose ether producing line with annual capacity of 3000t. Using a large oriental reacting vessel, TSCC has realized whole process DCS systematically control, thus ended off the history of small cubic standing reactor. Thereupon, it not only meets the requirement of solvent or in-solvent process method, but the qualities of the serial products have more stability and reliability as well.
Now, the products of Methyl Cellulose(MC)、Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose(HPMC)、Hydroxythyl Methyl Cellulose(HEMC)， etc. not only can separately meet the specifications of pharmacy addictive and many industrial uses, but also widely used in building material, food, cosmetics, oil field, agriculture, emulsion paint and gel coatings, medicine slow release agent and suspending agent of polymerizations for benzyl ethylene and chloroethylene. The product quality of PHCC had risen up to international advanced level, so their products have sold to many countries all over the world . As a result of the stable and reliable quality, HPCC has won great prestige from users at home and abroad.
