Shanghai New Union Textra Imp.&Exp. Co. Ltd., was authorized by Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade and Shanghai Municipal Government to establish in Feb.,1985. Our company’s total assets amounts to RMB1.5 billion yuan(i.e.USD181.60 million dollars), registered capital RMB157.75 million yuan(i.e.USD19.10 million dollars) and export value USD150 million dollars per year, and it listed as 199th of the TOP 500 import and export enterprises in china. Our company is a state-owned group-company, combining industry, trade, and science into one. For our company has 30 factories as its core, equipped with thousands of advanced repier looms, yarn dyeing and product finishing machines. The advanced fabrics and garment production lines can supply high-grade fabrics and garments.
