We at Weifang Hualing Feather and Down are a manufacturer of an extensive selection of garments and LDPE zipper bags. Founded in 1985, our company has more than 1,200 employees and three branches. Our branches include:
The down products branch specializing in down garments, down quilts and down pillows
Our garment branch specializes in padded garment, skiwear, sportswear, uniforms, knit products and sleepwear
Our plastic packing items branch produces LDPE zipper bags
We export to the US, Sweden, Italy, Russia, Denmark, Canada and South Korea. Our clients include: Wal-Mart, Brugi, Kmart, Havana, Wave, Target, Tommy and FUBU. We are also SA8000-certified and ISO 9001-compliant.
Our R&D Team
Our 55-member R&D team includes eight packaging bag specialists, handle all your OEM orders and turn out samples within seven days.
Our Production Facilities
Our two Weifang Hualing Feather and Down garment branches have 800 sewing machines, most of which come from Japan. We have an annual capacity of 1.5 million down-filled products annually.
At our plastic products branch, 12 blowing and production lines turn out 2,000 tons of bags a year. We can product all types of zipper bags with sizes from 20 to 1,000mm, and from 10 to 150mic thick. We also offer custom-printed sizes from 20 x 20 to 500 x 600mm. They are available in many different colors with printing on both sides.
Our QC Process
A total of 67 QC staff members follow ISO 9001-compliant guidelines while inspecting each product. Our down products are inspected in a special testing lab.
