In the later 80's, 20 century, as the latest database technology was applied like SYBASE, ORACLE etc., the researcher of Shanghai Jiao Tong University began to research the application technology of the large database deeply, opened out the software developing platform possessed of independence knowledge property right, and realize many large item application of post, justice, education, medication, national defense etc. on the platform. In 1995 the researcher of shanghai Jiao Tong University founded the software brand of RUNSA base on the ideal of combining the software and enterprise application. On the research aspect of logistic, storage, marketing management, we cooperated with the database manufacturer and ERP manufacturer abroad, tracked the latest technology tightly, followed the modern enterprise management idea, combined the actual demand of enterprise client, undergone the customization of client item, and carried on the submit development of the overseas software company, then opened out the software product of independence knowledge property right, and formed the product series process.
