Wuxi Sanjia Home Textiles Co., Ltd is located in Shuofang Industrial Zone of new & high-tech development district of Wuxi city. Wuxi city, ranking one of the "Top Ten Lively and Competitive Cities of China", is located within the "Metropolitan Circle of Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou", at the bank of Taihu Lake in Changjiang Triangle, the most developed area of China. The Shuofang Industrial Zone, where Sanjia is located, has completed basic facilities, as well as beautiful environment and convenient transportation. Being15km from downtown of Wuxi and 20km from downtown of Suzhou, Sanjia company is beside the No.6 Exit of Hu-Ning Freeway (Exit of Wuxi New Region) and very near to the newly opened Wuxi Airport with 1 hour driving to Shanghai.
With total investment of RMB20mln, the plant area of the company is 30 units of area, with new workshop of the first stage project over 7,000m2. The company mainly produces beddings, quilting products and various home textiles, including stitches quilts, embroidered quilts, pre-wash cloth quilt, collage quilt, quilting mattress, quilting cushion mat, cushion & cushion for leaning on, door Mat, Acrylic blanket, acrylic carpet and various home textiles. The annual output of the quilt is about 500,000, cushions over 300,000, blankets and carpets about 200,000, quilting and embroidered fabric about 100,000m2. All of the products are exported to foreign countries and regions like Japan, South Koreans, and countries in European Union with annual export quantity over 5mln US dollars.
Main facilities of the company include five multi needle and single needle quilting machines, two computerized quilting machines, a mucilage synthesizing machine, a cotton processor, two needle detectors, five vacuums and over 100 facilities for cutting and stitching.
