Our company was registered in 1996, and since that time we have become by one of the leading Russian company which deal with supplying of Russian textile factories by new and second hand textile machinery. Besides domestic business and projects in Russia we hold business with partners in Turkey, Spain, Germany, England, Mexico, Bangladesh, India and so on. Special attention we give to development of relations with Chinese partners and consider this direction as strategic.
We would like to establish good and long-time business in buying and deliveries of Chinese machinery. At the time of being we involved in several projects on setting new textile factories in Russia. We are interested in buying of most qualitive spinning and finishing machinery for textile factories. We are interested in deliveries of both separate machines for it and complete range machinery.
At the moment we are interested in buying:
Spinning
1 factory:
Total production capacity: 250 ton/month
yarn number (metric)20 - 83 ton/month (rotor spinning type),
Nm 34 - 83 ton/month (rotor spinning type),
Nm 54 - 83 ton/month (ring spinning type)
Assortment is standard.
Using of cotton both high and low sorts (impurity from 2,0% up
12,5%), using of viscose fiber up to 15%. Yarn applicability: textile
fabric of lightweight group (chintz, sheeting and so on), heavy-weight
group (twill and so on). Working schedule of the factory: 4 shifts.
2 factory:
Assortment cotton yarn of number metric 20, 34, 54
production capacity up to 15 ton/24 hours (3 shifts per 7,5 hours)
type of spinning machines is rotor spinning.
Finishing
1) Machinery range for finishing of cotton fabric by 2,4 m. width:
singeing machine,
mercerising machine,

2) Machinery range for finishing of cotton fabric by 1,74 m. width and by fabric count no less than 270gr/sq.m. (in average 350 gr/sq.m.):
