Jiangsu Danyan Synthetic Fibre Co.,Ltd. is an inter-mediate state enterprise who has set up for more than 30 years. She is the earliest company designated to produce Polypropylene fibers in domestic and high-new technological enterprise. Now we have two production lines imported from Germany, one is a compact spinning production line made by BARMAG, another is a thermo-bonded thin non-woven fabrics production line made by KUSTERS. We also have a PP staple fibres production line and a bicomponent fibres production line whose parts of key equipment is imported. Our company owns more than 300 staffs including 48 technicans, and our central laboratory have completed porfessional test methods. Our company passed ISO9001:2000.
Our company have adhered to give priority to the developments and applications of higs-new technological products, Our PP shaped fibres gained “State New Product Prize”. Flame retardent PP fibres used for furnishing and low melting point bicomponent fibres are designated as “High-New Technological Product”. Our many high-new technological products have been among the best in domestic e.g. Anti-bacterial PP fibres, Super thin PET and PA non-woven fabrics, Far-infrared fibres, aromatic fibres.
DAN STRONG fibres is new product of company, it used for controlling permeability and cracking of concrete. DAN PAP fibre used for making paper industry, its length 5-10mm, good mixing and hydrophilic.
