Dear Sir/Madam,
We wish to introduce ourselves giving the following facts:
1. We have been manufacturing Chinese Dupion and Indian Dupion for the last 35 years.
2. We are traditionally Weavers and have been supplying fabrics for almost all the major Exporters and Garment manufacturers in India.
3. We produce approximately 150,000 meters per month in various widths.
4. Right from Twisting, dyeing, and weaving – everything is In-house, thus enables to maintain quality with consistency and timely delivery.
5. For the last 15 years, we have also been Exporting Fabrics to very limited customers in UK and in Germany, Europe and Asian Countries. Our Export Turnover is approximately 2 Million US$ and the Turnover within India is 5 Million US$.
6. We have been providing back up stocks in India for immediate shipments to our wholesalers/buyers in Europe.
7. Apart from 400 Power looms, 200 Hand looms, our New Factory with 17 Nos of Shuttle less/Modern Looms has the capacity of weaving up to 108” width (Double width) fabrics. Here we have production of High Quality Dupion, Taffeta and certain other qualities also. We too deal in Organza, Satin Silks, Jaquard and Embroidery items.
8. The Following are the main range of fabrics and those that are indicated with number of Colors are held on stock through out the year: -
Dupion Silk by Power Looms - 107Colors.
Taffeta Silk by Rapier Looms - 28 Colors.
Dupion Silk by Rapier Looms - 20 Colors.
(Shuttle less Looms)
Jharna Silk (By Power Looms) - 14 Colors
Metallic Silk (By Power Looms) - 17 Colors
Considerable quantities of all these fabrics are always held on stock through out the year.
