Handan Sunman Textile Co., Ltd was founded by shareholding committee of No. 3 Textile Company together with Handan Hai Shengwei, Bo Te, and Xin Wei in Dec. 2002. Located in Handan Hi-tech Development Zone, it covers a total area of 68,000 square meters.
Market positioning: Shengmian, relying on hi-technology, and on cooperation with high educational institutions, is specializing in manufacturing top grade apparel fabric and famous- brand household textile products.
The projects of Shengmian Company are implemented on a two-stage basis. The first investment amounted to 70,000,000 Yuan to introduce 100 jet looms, including 80 ZAX- Tsudakoma air jet loom and 20 Belgium Type- 220 jet looms and the second investment totaled 178,000,000 Yuan to introduce 350-400 jet looms.
So far, the first investment has reached 41,000,000 Yuan, and the major body project of factory building and auxiliaries have been completed. 50 sets of controlling equipment have arrived and the procedures for the auxiliaries are under approval. Implementation work has started and the project is estimated to put to use in the middle December.
Following the principle of " operating while constructing", we have given full play of our R& D capacity and made most of the market in entrusted processing business. From January to October, income from sales reached 114,16 million Yuan, from export amounted to 500,000 USD, profit 770,000 Yuan, tax 4,170,000 Yuan. The second-stage project is included in the list of projects concerning high-tech industrialization, traditional industry reformation and products optimization.
Shengmian Company is made up of four functional departments, namely General Affairs Department, Production and Technology Department, Sales Department, and Financial Department. With the first-stage project completed it will have total staff of 12o people, technicians and middle level managements accounting for 7% .The total staff is estimated to amount to more than 600 when the second stage finished.
Shengmian integrates the product closely with market and efficiency. Supported by new concept of market management and organism, it has introduced advanced technical facilities to make its way to industrialization. The company is mainly engaged in producing top grade apparel fabric and functional decorations. It is estimated to put out 45000000 meters fabrics, and the annual income from sales will reach 600,000,000 RMB. It will become the largest production base of shuttles weaving in Hebei province.
