Encore was established in 1958. In past, encore produced thickeners with brand name of Indalca under the joint venture with Cesalpinia, Italy. Based on our experience for more than 45 years we improved the process and assure you of quality products at attractive prices. Today we sell our thickeners under the brand name Indrez. We are the market leader in this field in India. We are proud to be certified as an ISO 9001:2001 & ISO 14001, which itself assures about the quality and its consistency that too with extra care about environment. Today we produce and sell more than 400 Mts. of thickeners every month including exports to many countries like Indonesia, Korea, Japan, Thailand, China, Taiwan, Iran, Egypt, Turkey, Italy, Germany, etc. Guar and Tamarind mainly being produced in India are cheapest in the world, which when coupled with state of art technology and expertise of ‘encore’ results in best products and that too at cheaper price.
‘encore’ is equipped with state of art technology and ultra modern machinery. PLC based manufacturing system ensures exact control and remote possibility of human error. Most of the process is been controlled and operated automatically with very less manual handling. This ensures consistent quality.
We are proud to inform you that ‘encore’ is one of the few manufacturing companies in the world and the only thickener manufacturing company in INDIA with ‘Ethoxylation facility’. We have introduced many varieties based on Guar Ethoxylates with different viscosity for printing on Silk & Nylon and for different application e.g. Paint, etc. So also the Tamarind Ethoxylates for other styles of printing. It is not only the manufacturing expertise and modernisation of plant. The same principle been applied to QC and R&D which are equipped with modern lab scale machines & equipments to simulate shop-floor conditions and thorough checking of samples either in-process or after-process or competitor’s samples. It is not only the apparatus but the both these departments been headed by competent experts.
Indrez HTA-8 / Indrez HWT-8 This is anionic derivative i.e. Carboxy Methylated Tamarind and is the best-accepted derivative to print 100% PES fabrics with disperse dyes in direct style worldwide. Gives excellent leveling, penetration (much better than guar) and gives soft handle after wash off. The products give best results even on high twisted fabric. HTA-8 & HWT-8 gives results either at par or better performance than many products e.g. Indalca 9028 (Lamberti Italy), Lameprint CT 100 (Grunau West Germany), Polyprint VP 661(Polygal Swiss), Prisulon T 8 (CHT Germany), Diaprint TA/8 (Diamalt Germany).
Printing Thickeners based on Guar Ethoxylates
We are proud to inform you that ‘encore’ is one of the few manufacturing companies in the world and the only thickener manufacturing company in INDIA with ‘Ethoxylation facility’. We have introduced many varieties based on Guar Ethoxylates with different viscosity. The products give best results with Acid & Metal Complex Dyes on Silk. Our products proved better compared to Indalca AC-100, Indalca AC-140, Printex PS-14, etc. Products can also be used for Vat, Indigosol, Reactive dyes on Cotton, and Basic dyes on Wool and for burn out of P/C and P/V fabrics using Al-Sulphate.
Printing Thickeners based on Depolymerized Guar
We also produce specialty derivitised Guar products for printing of Acrylic Carpet named Indrez CB 20 & Indrez CT. Product shows excellent rheology ensuring complete penetration and best washing off property resulting in soft handle and bright tone of colours. Products give high viscosity at 1% concentration giving maximum cost saving and best results. We are the market leaders in Blanket Printing industry in Korea.
We also produce DP Guar with lower viscosity, which proved cost effective in silk printing and other applications.
