Qingdao Hongfang Clothing Co., Ltd. was established in 1999. It now has one Chinese-foreign joint venture, total assets of 400 million dollars and over 400 employees with an annual production capacity of producing 5,000,000 pieces or suits of knitted clothes. It covers an area of 20,000 square meters, while 12,000 square meters for buildings. It has over 300 sets of famous sewing machine like Japanese "Pegasus", "Lab-tech", "Juki", etc and one Japanese Kawa Nao spreading machine. It also has various Taiwanese or homemade looms, over 30 sets of large diameter circular knitting machine and embroidery factory, printing factory and joint dyeing and finishing plant. In 2002, the company introduced VI CIS all-roundly and had formed the independent innovation system integrated by production, study and research by marketing on Internet.
The company has self-operation right of import and export. It is a technical production enterprise which mainly produces various knitted goods and leisure clothes. It is ISO9001: 2000 certified and has annual value of export of 6,000,000 dollars and annual value of domestic sale of 10,000,000 RMB. The products of the company has been exported to Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, America and Europe, etc. The company has established long-term processing and cooperative relationship with many domestic or foreign companies with well-known brand names. Its distribution range spreads all over domestic marketplaces and supermarkets and has established big marketing network.
