Established in 1982,Tung Ah group is a Hong Kong enterprise whose core business, Approximately 60% of the total USD$ 8.58 million investment, is garment production. The Hong Kong head office operates as a control center for factories located throughout the region of Jiangsu and Shanghai. From refining, processing to production, the Tung Ah group has production lines encompassing all services to manufacture fine quality products.
With the best raw materials such as silk and down feathers in the vast market of china, tung ah group had the foresight to establish a base in shanghai as early as 1992, in this way, a wide selection is readily available for usage. With a solid presence of almost 10 years in the market, Tung Ah has definitely established a better and firmer foothold in china with both suppliers and production lines than anyone else.
With almost 1,000 employees involved in production, Tung Ah group is adamant about maintaining a high quality in all their products. Stringent checks are carried out by quality control on all of our finished products to ensure the best standard on quality in production. For example, all down feathers are washed, cleaned, sterilized and disinfected for maximum cleanliness before it is used for production in jackets or quilts. Annually, approximately 90 metric tons (equivalent to 800,000 purchase.) of wash and cleaned feathers are processed.
With imported state-of-the-art machinery, Tung Ah is extremely adept at producing excellent quality menswear and ladieswear. Also specializing in silk, Tung Ah group produces annually 70,000 blouses and 30,000 shirts in addition to the dresses, pajamas, pants, and lingerie. |
